Pros
Many great solutions, there is a real emphasis on the depth and usefulness of our solutions. Quest tries hard not to sell shelfware, and that is reflected in the strong relationships I am able to build with my clients.
Cons
Upper management has little understanding of life in "the field", and no interest in learning about it. Communication is spotty at best. there is a lack of strong messaging about how all the solutons fit together and thus a lack of a big picture statement of who Quest is. The professional services and channel organizations are disorganized.
