Lack of communication and ownership within internal operations. Lack of cohesiveness among the teams, poor organizational structure and little guidance and support. High Turn Over.

The people who are employed at Quest love the products they sell and are always willing to go the extra mile to help others.

Cons

Upper management changes and so do the plans. Their is a lack of consistency thinking long term which hinders progress.
