      Large software company headed in the right direction

      Pros

      The direction and vision of Quest Software is really starting to resonate. Culturally the company is starting to find its identity again and the excitement of the staff is visible. Quest is not a place to coast but if you are good at what you do, passionate about bringing your best and willing to be "part of the solution" it is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Not a lot. Quest is making great progress at a rapid rate.

      Great place to work - ELT has set us up for a bright future and great opportunities

      Pros

      Great people to work with who are top in their field. Management tries to be as transparent as possible on KPIs and the direction of the company. Directors and managers appreciate hard work and provide support and encouragement. Good pay and benefits and they are on scale with similar companies. Great place for a work life balance.

      Cons

      Would like to see more in career development and continuing education assistance, but I think it's in consideration and maybe in the early planning stages.

      Thanks for your thought-provoking comments. Quest is a fast moving company and there are many changes in our strategy and org structure. Like most companies, we are reinventing ourselves somewhat after the pandemic and that requires adaptation. What hasn't changed is our focus on employees, evidenced by our recent investments in headcount in many markets, more promotions than in previous years, a "rounded up" bonus, liberal WFH policies - and those are just a few things to note.
