9yWhen we made the decision to start interacting with people via Glassdoor, we made a pledge to answer all comments - good, bad and most of all, ugly. Even when the message is tough, our leadership team would rather get honest, constructive feedback that helps us build a better organization.
There is significant controversy about the changes in sales plans that occurred post divestiture. We felt that the changes were necessary for the health of the business, including the impact on our employees. We continue to evaluate decisions such as over time to make sure that we are doing the right thing for everyone..
