Love working here! Great culture with remote work. Love the collaboration and the ability to help people with their finances.

Start-ups have their unique set of challenges but those same challenges can be extremely exciting with great opportunity.

Pros

Some friendly coworkers, very sketchy management.

Cons

Layoffs in 2020, mass firing/quitting in 2021 due to CEO embezzlement, mass layoff of over half the staff in Jan of 2023. If you want a long term job this is not for you! The higher-ups are very condescending, lay-offs seem to be based on who they like or don’t like, same for raises and promotions.
