Pros

Seemed to be looking up throughout past year after significant C-suite scandal in 2021, updated platform and hired new workers, coworkers were very enjoyable

Cons

Laid off half of staff in 5 minute meeting, very impersonal despite being a tight-knit team, there have been mass layoffs / groups of people quitting yearly since 2020. Stay away from this company.

Pros

Questis is a small and growing company that offers tremendous opportunity for the right candidate. Because it's still a small company, you can work across teams and gain experience. You also get to work closely with leadership, who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Communication is good and everyone is encouraged to share ideas. Add in competitive compensation, caring culture, and remote working/schedule flexibility--we are a coast-to-coast organization that is going places.

Cons

The only downside is the one common to most startups--sometimes there is more to get done than there are hours in the day.
