      I have been with QQ for the past two years, and when I first joined, I was searching for a company that truly aligned with both my professional goals and the needs of my family. Coming in with over 20 years of management experience, I had a strong foundation—but what I found here has added something far more meaningful to my journey. During my time at QQ, I’ve learned the true value of building a team through teaching, support, and leading with genuine care. Serving others with a mindset rooted in respect and compassion has reshaped the way I lead, both professionally and personally. Embracing the company’s values has had a lasting impact on my life, positively influencing not only my career, but also my family and the many people I interact with every day. I have developed skills and gained experiences here that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. You definitely need to be smart to be part of QQ, not every day is the same, you definitely need to think outside of the box. QQ stands out because it sees each individual as a person, not just a number. There is a strong sense of belonging and appreciation for the team, which creates an environment where people feel valued and empowered to grow. I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve been given and proud to be part of a company that prioritizes its people and fosters meaningful development.

      There are no major concerns,most challenges are outside of our control and manageable. The summer heat can be tough, but it builds patience, tolerance, and resilience.

      There appear to be some emerging leadership biases since the new Southern California Director of Operations, who comes from Amazon, joined the company. The organizational approach is beginning to resemble Amazon’s operational style, with a noticeable increase in micro-management. This shift makes it feel as though leadership is moving away from guiding through the company’s mission and values. Additionally, there is a perception that opportunities for growth are influenced more by favoritism than by performance or merit, with favored leaders being advanced while others are overlooked.
