In my first six months with Quick Quack Car Wash, one thing has become unmistakably clear: this company doesn’t just say its mission is “Changing Lives for the Better” — it lives it. I saw that on day one, and I felt it even more deeply when I attended the Operations Leadership Summit in Los Angeles.
From the moment we arrived, the tone was set. The welcome, the energy, the way leaders showed up for us — it all reflected a culture built on respect, kindness, and genuine care. It wasn’t about hype; it was about heart.
What stood out most throughout the summit wasn’t a single moment or presentation. It was the consistency of the values in action. People encourage one another. They challenge each other with high expectations. And they support each other just as quickly. That balance of accountability and love is rare, and it’s the reason this place feels different.
The mission has impacted me personally. In six months, I’ve grown as a leader, gained confidence, and found a sense of purpose in teaching, serving, and helping others grow. Being surrounded by people who lead with intention and kindness has changed the way I show up — at work and outside of it.
I left the summit feeling grateful and proud — proud of the people I work with, proud of the culture we protect, and proud to be part of a company that truly strives to change lives for the better, every single day.
