I've worked at several companies, but none embraces their values and culture more than Quick Quack. Smart, Kind, and Driven is their mantra, and they mean it. They talk about it a lot and recognize those who live it. They really care about making employees lives better, not just their work.

Cons

It's growing fast so sometimes the direction forward is a moving target.
