I have a great work life balance, zero work related drama, get to determine my own schedule, have a non micro-managey, respectful boss, and honestly couldn’t be happier. I never thought that I could be so genuinely happy at a job, and Quick Quack proved me wrong! They really have changed my life for the better, and I cannot wait to see what the next few years with this company bring.

Cons

Summertime demand for staffing can make for busier days, but nothing that I can’t handle. I’ve never had a week (so far) that I have felt overwhelmed with my workload. And if I ever did, my team is so supportive and kind that I could always look to them for support, if needed.

Cons

There are team members/store leaders that should be seperated sooner from their position. Company gives too too many chances and continues having them on for longer than they should.
