      Pros

      The firm is 100% dedicated to making the lives of its team members better! In my second year here, my pay increased by $40,000 over the first year, because QQ increased our bonus plan significantly. My pay is already over $100k/year, and now in my third year, I stand to earn at least $30,000 more this year than last!! Also, the benefits are the best I have ever seen.

      Cons

      It's difficult to keep up sometimes with the pace when we wash a lot of cars with our current labor budget. So I have to stay for at least 11 hours per day.

      Best company I have ever worked for. This is a company that genuinely cares.

      Must be willing to work in the elements. Hot, cold, rain or snow, we are in it!

      Pros

      I’ve never worked for a company that truly lives by their values. They really take care of all their personal/employ and not only that but they really try to impact you by changing your lives for the better! I will love to work here and make it a career for my entire life that’s how much I love ❤️ working for Quick Quack Car Wash.

      Cons

      There’s no cons, I would say the only con is when it rains and we can’t continue to wash lots of cars.
