Quick Quack, is a great company. Between all the workers and friends you will met throughout the company and the best part is the motto the company stands for. Smart,Kind, and Driven. This represents the company very well they stick by this motto. It makes the company whole and outstanding!

Cons

I don’t think there would be any cons. In my opinion.

Pros

QQCW is a dream job. One where the employee doesn't have to fight for a work/life balance and you can be a human, without concern. They forgive honest mistakes, encourage growth, and let you be you. The CEO is open and honest about the business and the state of things. The HR director is a human being not just there to represent the companies interests. IT management is awesome, and while driven to advance and succeed, they don't do it at your or your home life's expense. The pay is good.

Cons

Only cons I can think of is a better medical insurance company would be nice, but, it is certainly adequate.
