Cons

PTO accrual is much slower than most. Compensation not as competitive on a regional level. Regional use of personal vehicle with no car allowance.

Best culture I've ever worked in. The company has been growing fast. It's the best of both worlds--an entrepreneurial feel in a sizable company. I also love how community-oriented they are. A lot of companies say they care about their employees, but Quick Quack really does, and as people, not just as employees.

Cons

The fast growth means a lot of newer people.
