Going in the right direction - every company has things they could be better at… but QQ not only acknowledges them but regularly is improving as a place to work. They are growing and how they take care of us grows to… yes there are things that are hard because it is work but overall they care about us.

Cons

Working outside in the weather isn’t fun - and you have to clean the wash which can get dirty.
