      Pros

      I'm working with one of the most amazing people. We all look after each other like family and I'm truly blessed to work alongside my team. Strength and growth doesn't come from doing what we know; It comes from pushing our boundaries as a team daily.

      Haven't found one yet.... hmmm maybe we have too many tempting snacks in the cabinet. :)

      Pros

      Caring environment and great coworkers. The owners of the company take a personal interest in everyone's well being and lives. Vertical movement in the company is easy, and very much encouraged. Free snacks too!

      Cons

      Potential high pressure environment at times, but I feel these are the expected effect of a growing company.
