Quick Quack has helped me grow into a better leader and person. It sounds corny and I’m not going to lie I took the position at first because of pay. I started as a manager in training and developed into a store leader. This company has amazing values, culture, and people. My favorite person has to be the HR Director, he makes work feel less stressful and home. I must say it is also nice to have the CEO and owners know your name, and geniunely ask how you are doing. I am also able to mentor staff, which helps build morale. Some more pros: - Great Pay - Monthly Bonuses - 401k match - quarterly team builds - free lunch - free membership - hourly - growth within the company is possible! If you are willing to put the hard work, blood, sweat, and tears (literally, I’ve been hurt) into your work then you’llp get a good return.
