      I like my job. I feel like I do my job well. I like the treatment I get from this company. It's a great company to work for.

      I wish we didn't have facial hair restrictions. I miss my beard and mustache.

      Enjoyable community events, but safety concerns persist

      Pros

      As a team member, I love having the opportunity to be a part of the community parades and events that Quick Quack Car Wash is apart of. They’re so much fun and I look forward to participating in them.

      Cons

      This isn’t for every location, but at my store we have to deal with a lot of homeless encounters and a lot of people that have no regard for anyone’s safety. We don’t have security and it makes it an unsafe work environment. Having to confront them daily without feeling like they won’t retaliate is a very hard part of the job.

      Above minimum wage pay. Minimum drama between coworkers. Generally easy workload with low stress.

      Cons

      Sales would be more enjoyable without a script and pushy tactics. Putrid liquids and sewage is an everyday occurrence, I think we need more protection for what we need to touch. ASL’s tend to avoid strenuous or unfavorable tasks by delegating. Unable to use sick time (with proper notice) without being questioned or warned of disciplinary action.
