This job isn’t horrible. But, the micro managing is horrible. The management is very egotistical and power hungry. The forced pitch that you have to say for every single car is lifeless and meaningless. Even tweaking the pitch a little bit and adding a hello, or a how are you, is grounds to be written up. It is very conservative and leaves you feeling unable to show any sort of personality. Tattoos have to be covered, very limited amounts of piercings are allowed, and they can only be studs. Small amounts of facial hair that is not even noticeable is reason enough to be written up by ignorant and egotistical store leaders. Regionals do not care and rarely come to the their assigned stores. And when they do, they don’t care to connect with the team or even acknowledge them. You constantly are being watched on the cameras. If you do anything wrong it will result in you being consistently monitored through cameras and getting multiple “ talkings” and possible write up’s.

- pays not bad starting $18.50 - flexible with your schedule - paid consistently 10th & 25th every month - possible potential to move up corporate ladder

Cons

- hours are usually 8-20ish per week - management is usually an issue - over hire team members
