Great product but no proper directions

Pros

Small in size, feel like a family, free cab service, free food but not great, some folks enjoy lot as less accountability, fitness benefits and family health insurance.

Cons

No right directions and focus hence few initiatives not clicked, attrition rate, decisions are influenced by few as senior leadership not aware of the ground reality, few are in survival mode, improper work load distribution, and some management roles are redundant.

I love my job. It's so refreshing to have strong leadership, an awesome CEO, business processes found in larger companies without bureaucracy, happy people who actually like working together, successful business results and transparent sharing of results, frequent company all hands to keep everyone informed, great benefits, and a 'win together and celebrate' culture. I couldn't be happier.

Cons

I'm trying to think of something, but I can't. Seriously.
