Pros

Food, lots of food, lots of team events and swag gear and mandatory hours of fun... Almost to a point where it's concerning. It also creates a very entitled environment..

Cons

As long as you can survive in a "Dont ask, dont tell" environment you will make it. Also make sure to not point out issues because that would be considered negative. Also the pay seems good at first... until they start piling more and more on your plate..

Do not see much. Domain has very limited growth options.

Cons

Worked with the company for a long time. Off late the work culture is bad .attrition rate is very high. Company is shrinking from 50 to 40 which is not something that is common to see
