Pros
flexable work hours; can work 40 hours part time; the other employees are usually AWESOME! Can take leave for college and come back and work a 40 hour schedule. Also the 6-month bonus is pretty awesome.
Cons
they overwork you and don't staff the stores to the demand that is needed for the hourly pay they are offering. You do an insane amount of work for 10.50 compared to other part time jobs that will pay the same. Their extra relief program has no people so you don't actually get your sick days or personal days without people yelling at you even though its out of your control. It's gone downhill a lot I'd say in the last 3-4 years.
