      Great first job, but you have to be able to deal with stress.

      Pros

      -EXTREMELY flexible. I can't express how flexible they are with scheduling around school, another job, as long as you give a weeks notice before they write the schedule, you're guaranteed time off. -Most of the time, you're working with fun, exciting people. -Many opportunities to move up in the company. -Rewards for being there a long time (bonuses, raises) and a great starting pay. -You get pretty much how many hours you ask for. -You definitely learn how to communicate with customers and giving exceptional customer service, which will help with future jobs.

      Cons

      -You have a set list of tasks (DAW: Daily assignment worksheet) that must be completed in the shift. You also have to keep the store clean which is called an upkeep. Busier stores have a harder time with completing all these things, slower stores may give you less stress but more time to kill. -If you have miserable coworkers or managers, I guarantee the shift won't go smooth. Always go into work with a smile. -If you don't like fast paced work and being able to multi task, this job is not for you. -No breaks, You don't sit down at all, shifts can be anywhere from 4-16 hours depending on how long you're scheduled or if you decide to work a double. Have comfortable shoes on!

      Pros

      Strong support and great training program. Positive environment to work in.

      Cons

      For college grads this isn't an ideal work place. They do not really promote forward thinking. This job is very repetitious. For some there is comfort in that for others that is boring. The worst part for me was the unusual hours that I worked.
