Pros

- in fortune 100's top companies - not a public company so the only share holders and QT employees - 95% of managment and corporate positions are held by people that started as clerks - payed weekly (direct deposit) - many, many benefits - almost all of the managers are very down to earth, and the chain of command is laid out well enough to solve most store team problems

Cons

Depending on where your store is you might encounter a few less than nice people but hey, thats how sales go.

-Everybody gets promoted from within so if you work hard you can reach the top very easily. -Huge family, everybody knows each other and everybody's more than willing to help you out! -Instant feedback on performance! -Great pay, awesome promotion potential, and great benefits. -Managers are helpful and respectful when you go to them, and corporate is made up of 100% really genuinely nice and professional people! -CEO is a true man of the people! still takes time to personally check up on every single store, Amazing! -How they treat employees is the #1 priority -Working hard is expected of you, but if you help QT they will defiantly reward you for it! -I've worked here for 3 months and I'm not leaving for 20+ years,Amazing Company! -Privately owned by CEO and employees, no stock holders to please! I could go on and on, but I recommend just applying and find out how good they really are yourself! 97%out of 100%!

Cons

It will get busy sometimes on register but if you stay calm and collected then its no big deal! Not very much I can say bad about them!
