Pros

There is a very nice salary at QuikTrip, and good benefits. You are able to get free fountain drinks during your shift, and can get partials. A partial is basically when there is an extra working and they can take your shift if you want, and you still get paid for the time that you are there.

Cons

There are just some tasks that are not very enjoyable, including taking out trash and stocking the coolers. It is very strenuous on my back and feet because of all the walking and bending over that I have to do.

Pros

Great pay. My first year there I made 38k and with each promotion my pay increased almost 10k. As a store manager, my lowest years pay is 65k. They frimly believe that to have the best employees, you have to pay for them.

Cons

Lots of competition for promotion. It is earned for sure.
