Cares about employees Great place to advance without any college experience Great pay and benefits Willing to work with schedule for part-timers which makes it a great place to work and go to school

Cons

Schedules are not very good i.e. you will have to work at least two overnight shifts a week at some point in management career Sometimes performance is based off something that you may have little control over College degree does very little for advancement in the company
