Pros

Great pay Good Benefits Many good people surrounding you

Cons

Missing family events and Holidays/weekends due to work Insufficient staffing with rigorous demands On your feet all day working very fast pace with no breaks at all Supervisors can be very demanding and quick to complain and discipline, while ignoring hard work and dedication The company touts "Open communication" but they really mean "Don't rock the boat and don't disagree with us, even when we're wrong or making mistakes affecting customers and employees." Don't have any health issues related to work or that affect your ability to work constantly --- they'll end your career. Promotions are hard to come by in established divisions and jobs outside the store seem to depend on who you know and kiss up to, not dedication or qualification. Excessive Politics and growing worse

Pros

Very forward thinking company that values it's employees. Company stands by it's core values on a daily basis. QT provides employees with the opportunity to grow and succeed. Pay and benefits are outstanding in this industry.

Cons

Some supervisory personnel allow the core value "Never Be Satisfied" to become too prominent in the daily treatment of the store employees, resulting in no praise being given for hard work and results that are actually very good. Seeing more and more micro-management, which at times can dis-empower the store manager hurting his credibility with his store team.

Pros

Pay was very substantial, you do earn every dollar though. Benefits are very good with 401(k) and flex spending avalible.

Cons

Promotion is limited to operations in stores unless you know someone who can pull you out of the stores. If you are older than 30 you do not have a chance of being promoted. Be prepared to stand up and run for 10 hours a day or be stuck behind a register for 10 hours.
