Most of the positions are highly repetitive.
It can be very difficult to move up. It often takes several interview processes to even make it to corporate from the kitchens or stores when there are internal postings.
Management is tricky. I've worked in several departments. Overall, the managers are competent but there are often personal (corporate is rampant with affairs and drama!)or political issues. This is not the place for those with Liberal views unless you can handle regularly feeling alienated and often taunted. Eventually, you learn to keep your head down, your mouth shut, and your opinions to yourself. Praise for a job well done is rare but management is quick to dole out negative job performance evaluations via reprimands or written warnings whether you've been adequately trained or not.
It's not a horrible place to work but I'm shopping for a new job.
