Pros

Schedule for managers is M-F AM GREAT support systems! Covering shifts, store accounting, maintenance dept, marketing dept. Great people to work with Excellent core values which are adhered to quite consistently Great respect from most of the customers, who are very loyal to QT Excellent benefit packages--especially if you have been there 5 yrs or more Great Pay

Cons

Some of the Supervisory personnel are NEVER satisfied and seem to expect perfection all the time Positve motivation/praise is hard to come by from many of the aforementioned supervisors Long hours with no breaks and no sitting-- at all! Managers are on call 24/7 because the store is OPEN 24/7/365 VERY LEAN staffing model

Pros

QuikTrip offers great benefits. Management was flexible and knowledgeable. I was offered a promotion a salary management position myself but didn't accept only because of the time needed for the position. I was just starting school at the time and wanted to make sure that I didn't jeopardize that.

Cons

Sometimes the work in my opinion seemed very repetitive and boring. You usually work with only 1 or 2 other people at a time.

Pros

They reward each employee every six months you work for them. They help you with your school and they offer different possitions in the company to help you bring out your strong points. It really is a all around great company. thy work with the clerks and managers to ensure customer service at all times. they staff a shift well and always make sure that everything is covered at all times. you never will walk into a shift and have a lot of recovery because they end each shift with a refill of everything. best part has to be the rewards for staying with the company and you get meeting with your manager anytime to talk about how you are doing and your goals in the company.

Cons

they dont always give you hours. when the summer ends the flow of customers slows and they are normally over staffed at that point. They dont always give you time to eat and if you smoke you cvant just take a break you have to be cleaning something outside . If you dont get along with someone it could hurt you a lot. the clerks review all the employees and if someone doesnt like you they can give you a bad review and prevent you from getting a promotion. they give you a list of things to get done in a shift and if your busy you may not always get the list done.
