Pros
Learn how to run a store on a time table (e.i. time management skills), learn customer service skills, learn cash handling skills, peer to peer/store competition and makes you a better employee.
Cons
No breaks, no employee handbook or stander operating procedure manual for employees to take home and have on hand. On the job training needs to be improved. Long hours, pay grades have gone down for starting employees, hard work and dedication doesn't always get you ahead and inner politics weighs highly in promotions and success.
