Pros

The hours where nice. The interview process was easy and fast, but don't out do the negative.

Cons

The pay is horrible and the benefits where not good at all. The trainers just throw you on a line and expect you to keep up within 5 min. And my second day they put me with a young lady that was trash talking all of management and when I missed 2 days my first week due to my grandmother passing she must have thought I quit and told management that I said everything she said. And they didn't believe me.

Pros

401k is excellent and has a 6% match.

Cons

Health benefits have become much more expensive the past 2 years. New management is underpaid and it shows. Quality of people has decreased drastically. Training program is a mess and seems to allow everyone through despite performance or behavioral issues. Work schedules require too many hours and no personal/family life. Entry level assistants start on straight overnights with Wednesday and Thursday off or they work a blended schedule that includes an evening, 2 overnights, and 2 mornings every single week. Work load continues to grow and more is being expected out of employees in the same amount of time.
