      Poor management, raises to new employees only, corporate continues to add more tasks but not higher pay

      Pros

      Plenty of opportunities to pick up hours. Rich benefits package with certain incentives given to even beginning employees (secret shopper bonuses) There are PLENTY of opportunities to advance if quiktrip is a career for you.

      Cons

      Somewhat stressful job environment depending on your inclination. You do the same few tasks over and over and over and are expected to be constantly moving and doing something. It's the corporate environment for clerks with little of the corporate environment benefit. Your experience will largely depend on your store team.

      Management. Overall QT is a great company to work for but the management drags down the morale. Although there are "growth opportunities", the openings are limited and qualified individuals are overlooked. Management positions are given to those without any prior knowledge or experience. Their turnover rate is pretty high as a result. Great company just really poor management.
