I love QuikTrip for everything that they do for their employees. This is such a great place to work because you can have your own availability and the managers work with it to get you working the hours that you want.

Cons

For college students, it doesn't seem like a job that can support you after graduation. Standing throughout the shift and never getting a lunch break can be hard for people who need a break.

The pay and benefits are literally the only reason I'm still there.

Cons

The schedules for management are insane. There are lots of employees with extensive history with the company that are extremely resistant to the changes within the company and working with them is unbareable. When I asked to be considered for another promotion my manager literally laughed in my face.
