They used to care about the employees and actually invest in them. You have unquestioned sick and personal days. Good training program.
Cons
They will write you up for anything they can find on you with no warning. “I love finding stuff like this on managers!” A quote from an office worker on finding a managers paperwork out. This is the same office staff that’ll break policy themselves! They also don’t care about their employees safety like they used to. I had a life threatening situation where their security desk refused to call 911 and QT refused to kick the guy off of our property. Don’t go there to work it’s all about the bottom dollar for them now, and they don’t care about your safety like they say they do. They are riding the coat tails of success the owner/founder created, but on the decline!
