Pros

Job Security- it is VERY hard to lose your job at QT. They hire good people, you wont be working with druggies or convicts. Potential for success if you have the time.

Cons

Store managers are all different and often ignore the SOP in favor of their own demands-i.e. you never know what you'll get in trouble for. Upper management will give you the run around when discussing your career.

Pros

Great pay for not needing college. The benefits are really good, fun people, it’s fast paced, and never the same day. Many possible bonuses.

Cons

Long hours, weird hours, and no breaks. The benefits are costing more, and we’re getting less. Different people and problems daily, but overall fairly routine.

Forward looking focus. Revenue stream diversification. Excellent pay for the industry. Decent benefits. Internal promotion unless position requires specific training or skill (IT, CDL, etc).

Cons

Have to do everything internally. Internal promotion means no fresh blood in the management structure. Tunnel vision for strategy leads to slow adjustments in corporate strategy.
