nothing good about this company what-so-ever.

Cons

everything, you get trained in a classroom setting for a couple days and then you shadow a couple people that honestly have not been there very long, because in realty no one could stand being yelled at, cussed at, and basically treated like a child since the so-called customers, have no idea how to use the internet. medical benefits are terrible and not even worth the money they take out of your check.

Overall work enviroment was really good. There were some really nice people to work with. There are a variety of shifts to choose from so that's great for a person who commutes by public transpotation.

Cons

Job title was CSR but it actually involved telemarketing sales. At no time during the interview process was telemarketing mentioned. Poor leads but you are still held accountable to reach a monthly quota. I felt that the selling tactics were borderline lacking integrity.

Pros

Great atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and the office has lots of non-work activities. Sports clubs, happy hours, ping pong table, special events, etc.. Very laid back dress code.

Cons

Resources can be scarce at times. You need to continually follow-up if you want something done. Stock price could be better.
