      Pros

      nothing good about this company what-so-ever.

      Cons

      everything, you get trained in a classroom setting for a couple days and then you shadow a couple people that honestly have not been there very long, because in realty no one could stand being yelled at, cussed at, and basically treated like a child since the so-called customers, have no idea how to use the internet. medical benefits are terrible and not even worth the money they take out of your check.

      Mass layoffs make it harder on everyone

      Pros

      There are some genuinely smart and helpful people at the company. HR tries to make a more fun company culture.

      Cons

      The company is constantly doing layoffs due to poor performance, which leaves the entire company future questionable. In addition to obviously making it difficult for those who are laid off, the layoffs also decrease morale and leave the remaining employees scrambling to get the same amount of work done with less manpower. There is no transparency among upper management, and it's clear that the company, at least as a whole, does not value the employees as much as stockholders.

      Great people to work with. Pay was decent as well as commissions. Paid benefits.

      Cons

      No room to advance or promote. Laid of top sellers to cut expenses. Favoritism between management and certain employees.
