Pros

They're good at picking out really friendly entry level employees. It's easy to make lasting friendships. Many different schedules to choose from.

Cons

While entry level employees and lower management seem carefully chosen for friendly qualities, upper management most certainly is not. I've never been more disrespected and chastised by an authority figure in my life than i was by one of the "team lead managers" at the oregon location. On several occasions she abused her power, made my employees cry, and despite the fact that i didnt report to her harrassed and verbally abused me multiple times. I even had to involve HR several times and request HR investigations on myself and my preformance to shut down lies and rumors she would start. They'll make a lot of promises about raises, promotions and bonuses, but you're going to have to fight for them. Even a written offer of promotion doesnt mean anything, 3 other people were given a promotion that was already promised in writing to me before i left.
