Pros

I was on the Client Strategy & Development team for over 3.5 years. My experience was positive; very smart/intelligent individuals within each team. Great place to learn and get exposure at a larger company. Competitive pay and opportunity for upward mobility (title change)

Cons

Commission rates/targets are constantly changing as they need to control how much they pay their sales individuals. QuinStreet is mature so they are unwilling to pay as much for new revenue as a start-up looking to scale business quickly.
