Pros

Great place to learn the ropes. Great place to leave.

Cons

Management talks a great inclusive game but the company is run top down. I've seen some questionable promotions through the ranks. Some promotions I totally get, hard workers, smart people achieving good results and then there are some advancements I find baffling. I've seen people laid off then rehired as contractors days later. So the whole myth of mediocre employees being let go is just that a myth, something that those left tell ourselves to make us feel special. I've seen some very good people let go. Anyone with any kind of career goals usually leaves after 2 or 3 years.

Pros

. Nice office . Nice coworkers . Good Medical Insurance

Cons

. Company politics - Many directors and managers are causing dramas at QS. They would say one thing and do another. Fake and only think about their own promotions but not help their employees to grow. Not sure why QS hired these people to manage the company? But the employees are generally nice. . Working long hours but salary is very low- QS is definitely very cheap when it comes to salary. They would expect you to work 12 hrs but only pay you very low salary. They usually give you less then 20k of what is out there. So don't even bother to work here like a cheap labor. . Only think about their own profit but never want to invest on the employees - they would get rid of you when you have no value to them. A nice company would grow with you. Clearly not here.
