Pros

Good start salary. Work is on you,how much you want and you can take. Good for fresher if they have no option and strongly not recommended for experienced. They got all internal tools which don't add anything in your CV, you only give input to company without adding anything in your career growth.

Cons

Lot of internal politics. Higher management specially in FC office are dumb, they are made manager without any skill. People who can handle well are made lame and with no authority to take decision. Lot of favoritism and if your manager is good then your life is good else its hell working there. There is concept of Local manager and a child is made manager of 7-10 year experienced one or someone without any domain expertly will manager people already in project for years. Cafeteria is small and what is kept there get empty in no time. Feels as if few are coming to finish stuff kept and that their Job in company. Some will be always on work and some always roaming around ,no proper resource utilization. Recently they had a huge lay-off and almost all old employee who were pillar of this company switch because of in fear of being lay off. NO process ,everything is very agile as they say. NO professionalism eve small thing happening get spread like fire in whole company. Business is doing very poor for them since last 2 years, and now they are about to sell there multiple verticals. Still lot of CONS.....can't end the list.

Pros

decent office space okay med. coverage

Cons

Chaos tends to reign supreme here, and QS management is the cause. Their goals and targets change constantly. A decision will be made, but the actions immediately following speak differently, oftentimes totally opposite. Workflows will be changed with only a select 'upper' few giving input and making decisions; a large remainder of the team is never consulted. Acquisitions are made without a clue how to handle them so they schmooze and talk bs to cover their cluelessness. Do not expect any sort of growth or advancement. Senior management looks out for nobody but themselves.

Pros

Management hires very talented people and it's a great environment to learn a new trade as well as pick up experiences and share knowledge. The company cultivates a very supportive learning environment and there isn't a lot of competitive aggression.

Cons

Promotions vary greatly on business unit and vertical. Many times the title you have will not match your responsibilities across different verticals, even though pay grade is tied to it. A manager in one vertical may be doing the director work of another (and sometimes the same vertical). Management seems to disregard who contributes to the growth of the company and will promote based on personal bias. All promotions still have to go through the COO... which doesn't make sense at all. Salary is significantly uncompetitive. Don't expect promotions or recognition for hard work and loyalty.
