      - Good challenging bugs which can make you a full stack developer. - Awesome client matching intelligent workflow. - UI bugs though irritating makes the developer good understanding of the DOM. - Working on such tight timelines and commitment will make you a good responsible developer. - Indian General Manager is good enough to keep core values into the company.

      Cons

      - Promotions is TOTALLY BASED ON POLITICS. - Too much politics on the Team lead. - Few Team Leads in India do not follow good ethics and have personal problems with their teammates. Teams Leads in India take revenge with few team members who disagree with their opinion. - General Manager is very strict with office discipline. But it cannot be considered as a negative point because it definitely aims to increase productivity.
