A place to start, not a place to stay

Pros

Fast working environment will give you a good idea of the Direct Marketing world. Lots of work to do and long hours of work.

Cons

Poorly lead by "team leaders" who have little to no experience with the target group. Poor decisions made on top of fast pace gives you further poor results. Not a place for those who want to work long hours and high turn over rate. Never a job is complete as things constantly change due to ever changing targets and missing team resources.

Pros

This is a good place to learn the ropes in online marketing/media. Most of my coworkers were smart, kind, and very good at what they did.

Cons

Professional development is a joke. Most people here are worked until they burn out, then laid off and replaced. Recruiting is sub-par; we had a horrible time finding a candidate for a position that should have been simple to fill. The person who was hired was incompetent. The only company I've ever worked where a C-level executive conscripted direct reports to perform in a musical. Was there any way they could say no?
