Pros

QS focuses on keeping employees challenged. Once a particular skill set is mastered, employees are often moved to new areas or given special projects to help them acquire new skills or apply their experiences to a different challenge. Once trust is earned through initial projects and deliverables, QS provides enough breathing room to explore ideas and innovate to bring new opportunities to a vertical or project.

Cons

Projects or new ideas can often be executed on very short timeframes, and sometimes require long hours and re-prioritization of work to achieve new goals. You have to be willing to invest that time and energy to succeed. With such a growing company, it is often difficult to keep up to date with team changes, management assignments and/or shifts in team goals. At times these changes lead to confusion or unnecessary speculation about roles and jobs.
