      Great Company for Performers

      Pros

      Company performance -- a rocketship, even in bad times. Senior management is highly intelligent and acts like adults. Lots of room for promotion from withing. A great place to work overall.

      Cons

      If you aren't a performer, you won't last long. They are pretty tough on people who can't pull their weight.

      Pros

      Very solid company, they really have a great product and great people. They have survived during a down market, and the culture is great

      Cons

      lack of communication, no feedback on performance, they will fire you with no notice or cause, lots of back stabbing gossip, the president is rude and unapproachable, not a great place to have a career

      Pros

      No real work in the DSS division. It was foosball, poker and long lunches. The Foster City / San Mateo area has many good restaurants so it's not a bad area to work in.

      Cons

      No career potential, low pay, lack of opportunities, the list goes on and on. The projects in the DSS division were unprofitable and required a lot of resources. Most of the employees were disgruntled while working there and I'm sure management knew about it. If not then they were fooling themselves.
