Pros

Quinstreet owns Modernize, and I work for the Modernize business unit. Quinstreet is an actively evolving company that is constantly shipping new products and evolving their tech stack. Its easy to wake up for work when you know why you are working hard and what you are looking forward to.

Cons

The company is made up of a variety of companies that were acquired so in some cases one might not know what goes on in the other business units. Not sure if this is the case at all large companies, but just pointing it out.

Low salary as per experience and market standards No work balance proper time No proper bonus system at the time of pay they come up with reasons like yearly target not meet and all even after your hard work they decide by their own. No bonus on your self performance.
