      Seems to be a workplace that promotes growth and upward mobility

      Cons

      Passive aggressive colleagues, was no acknowledged for having two high demanding positions simultaneously instead was frowned upon for staying at the office too late or not completing task in a timely manner. Work dynamic was similar to high school in the worse way.

      Friendly for the most part.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is lacking, but brown-nosing will take you places. HR is almost non-existent. There is an extreme lack of diversity.
