- If you want government type of job where you don't want to update yourself with the latest technology and if you are afraid of competition its perfect home for you. - Free snacks in fridge. - You would receive share market tips from General Manager, which sometimes really works. - 42 Days leave encashment, and leaves are encashed fully not with basic pay.

Cons

- If you are taking work from home later you are tortured by your manager by asking why it was needed. If it's that problematic why you kept it in your policy. - If you want to share sweets and chocolates with your colleagues then be careful once they forced such things can be done only between 4.00pm to 5.00 pm, looks like management is highly influenced from Jail administration which is in next premises. - Higher management is a hypocrite, will ask you to follow office ethics and you will find them trading on stock sites during office hours. -Zero technical growth you won't see Quinstreet presence in any technical conference, workshops they work on ancient technologies and hence never promote their employees to upgrade their technical skills. If you want to learn new things then please take a U-turn. - Politics is everywhere, you got to have buttering skills if you need good raise and promotions.
