Solid CEO - but he will be retiring soon. Good work/life balance. Ready to be acquired which will help stock price.

Cons

Favors Indian employees over other POC. Salaries are well below industry standard. Trading and Learning classes non existent.

Pros

The sales director for Modernize has kids and very little time after 5pm to bark at you about how you will be put on a PIP or fired if you don't hit the arbitrary sales goals they forecasted knowing it would be impossible to hit.

Cons

Working for Quinstreet was amazing : working with anyone associated with Modernize was dehumanizing.
