Compensation, benefits, hardware, and perks were pretty bad for the Bay Area, which I doubt that has changed much. People often mentioned their dislike for working at the company and their desire to leave. Turnover was high and the company was aware of it, so that is why they put little effort into trying to retain people long term. Like stated in the title, use this as a stepping stone for another job if you take a job here.

Complete lack of communication, organization and leadership. There is no collaboration between working groups. C-Suite is very distant and keeps to themselves. No one knows what is going on.
