Pros

Free snacks in the break room. Coffee machine was great. Opportunity to work with very bright people. Option to work from home some days.

Cons

Great place to learn and start your career. Politics and management were very bad. Replaced skilled workers with low paid interns.

Flexible work from home and PTO

Cons

Compensation is not up to the market rate. Company had many Lay offs. Developers have to deal with bad quality code from offshore.
